Some on-call availability may be required.About the RoleEastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with an established home care services organization in San Diego County to hire an HR Staffing Coordinator. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized, dependable professional who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.The HR Staffing Coordinator will support caregiver recruitment, employee onboarding, scheduling, and day-to-day staffing operations. Working directly with leadership, this individual will play an important role in ensuring caregivers are successfully recruited, onboarded, and assigned to meet client needs.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within human resources and staffing. Candidates with backgrounds in healthcare, recruiting, scheduling, dispatching, or related coordination roles are encouraged to apply.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage caregiver recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.Facilitate new-hire onboarding, orientations, background checks, and required documentation.Coordinate caregiver schedules based on client needs, employee availability, and qualifications.Respond to scheduling changes, caregiver call-outs, and last-minute staffing needs to ensure appropriate coverage.Maintain accurate employee records, certifications, scheduling information, and personnel files.Communicate regularly with caregivers, clients, and internal leadership regarding staffing needs and schedule updates.Assist with employee timekeeping, payroll verification, and general HR administrative responsibilities.Maintain accurate information within internal scheduling and employee management systems.Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.QualificationsExperience in recruiting, staffing, scheduling, dispatching, or a related administrative/coordination role preferred.Previous experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or caregiver scheduling is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing staffing needs.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Dependable, trustworthy, and able to exercise sound judgment when working independently.Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new scheduling or HR systems.Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Ability to work onsite and travel between Del Mar and Oceanside locations as needed.Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.High school diploma or GED required.Benefits for eligible employees may include:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunities for long-term growthEqual Opportunity EmployerEastridge Workforce Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
