Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent) This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses. Candidates must be fully licensed or willing to obtain licensing with agency support Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date Full guidance, study direction, and support provided throughout the licensing process Role Overview As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will focus on servicing existing customers, managing renewals, and maintaining long‑term relationships. You will play a key role in customer retention while also identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage through needs‑based, in‑book sales conversations. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and contribution to overall agency growth.
