Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent) This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses. Candidates must be fully licensed or willing to obtain licensing with agency support Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date Full guidance, study direction, and support provided throughout the licensing process Role Overview As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will focus on servicing existing customers, managing renewals, and maintaining long-term relationships. You will play a key role in customer retention while also identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage through needs-based, in-book sales conversations. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction, retention, and contribution to overall agency growth.
