Pay Rate: $41.34 - $62.50 / hourDuties:Plan, supervise, and direct the personnel involved in the installation of electrical systems in order to ensure the work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budgetMaintain a culture of safety and quality firstHave a complete understanding of the project design, drawings, specifications, and installation requirementsWork in conjunction with the Project Management Team on material and equipment buyouts, schedules, labor, and trackingMonitors quality of workmanship on the project and ensures compliance with the project and company standardsEvaluates, mentors, and trains field supervision and tradesmenPerforms takeoffs and pricing for change orders and project related workEvaluates productivity and schedules and makes the adjustments required to optimize efficiencyPosition Requirements:Qualifications:Current State Electrical Journeyman License or 4 year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or licensed journeyman experience10+ years experience in electrical construction supervision, technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work proceduresExperience working with technical industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center environmentsHyperscale data center experience preferredExperience with $20M-$100M electrical projects preferredOSHA 30 or ability to obtainUnderstanding of construction and labor scheduling, cost control, and ability to control and supervise large groupsAbility to perform takeoffs and pricing for changes orders and related project workRequirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
