What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager / Estimator at CGI, you will be the driving force behind our growth and execution.
Win & Connect: Actively network, market CGI’s presence, build strong relationships with GCs and Owners, and secure high-quality jobs.
Estimate with Precision: Craft comprehensive, competitive estimates that set our construction teams up for success—balancing client value, smart budgets, and profitability.
Deliver Excellence: Manage project lifecycles, mitigate risks, keep critical paths on track, and ensure projects stay on time and on target.
Empower the Team: Partner closely with field managers, architects, engineers, and vendors. Hand off winning labor plans to our construction team and provide ongoing leadership throughout the build.
Innovate & Refine: Help optimize our PM standards, templates, and procedures, reviewing post-job cost analyses to continuously sharpen our competitive edge.
