Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Current, valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Prior experience in a school, pediatric, or educational setting strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes, school documentation, and multi-disciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt and support students with diverse learning and physical needs
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to working in school environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, intervention, and ongoing therapy for students with a variety of needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and team consultations
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders
• Consult with teachers and families to ensure strategies are carried out in classrooms and at home
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed to maximize outcomes
• Support and educate staff and students on adaptive equipment and technology
