Remote Corporate Development Associate (AI Trainer)

We are seeking a Remote Corporate Development Associate - AI Trainer to join our dynamic team based in New Haven, Connecticut. This role offers an hourly rate of $50-$60, with flexible remote work arrangements.
In this position, you will
- Design, develop, and refine AI training datasets to enhance machine learning models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and optimize AI performance
- Monitor and evaluate AI model outputs, providing feedback for continuous improvement
- Document training processes and maintain data quality standards
- Assist in implementing best practices for data annotation and labeling
