Position: Corporate Strategy and Development Associate Type: Hourly Contract Compensation: $100 – $200/hour Location: Remote Commitment: Part-time Role Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and refine detailed financial models, including DCF and three-statement models, to support data-driven decision making. Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking initiatives to optimize strategic priorities and resource allocation. Conduct valuation analyses for potential investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities. Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential targets, analyzing operational, financial, and strategic metrics. Prepare clear and persuasive presentations and strategic memos for executive leadership and board-level discussions. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic factors to inform strategic recommendations. Collaborate cross-functionally to support the execution of strategic initiatives and track outcomes. Requirements Strong expertise in financial modeling, including DCF and three-statement models. Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and valuation techniques within corporate or strategic finance environments. Experience conducting detailed due diligence for investments or transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presentation style. Demonstrated experience supporting strategic planning or business development initiatives.
