This role sits at the center of long-term strategy, capital planning, and high-impact transactions within a fast-scaling infrastructure-driven business. You will help shape multi-year financial strategy while also executing live M&A and capital markets initiatives that directly influence network expansion and growth. The position combines deep financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic storytelling to support senior leadership in making complex, high-stakes decisions. You will work across long-term planning, financing strategy, and deal execution in a highly analytical, collaborative environment. The role offers exposure to both strategic corporate development and real-world infrastructure economics in a rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape. You will partner closely with finance, strategy, and external capital providers to evaluate opportunities that shape the company’s future footprint. This is a high-ownership role where precision, speed, and strategic thinking are essential. \n Accountabilities: You will play a key role in evaluating strategic investments, supporting capital markets activity, and building the financial foundation that guides long-term growth. The role requires strong analytical capability and the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously. Key responsibilities include: Leading the development and annual refresh of long-range (10-year) integrated financial models aligned with strategic growth plans Building and maintaining advanced financial models to evaluate M&A transactions, joint ventures, and divestiture opportunities Supporting capital markets activities including debt issuance, credit facility management, and broader financing strategy execution Conducting deep-dive industry and competitive research, particularly within telecommunications and infrastructure sectors Partnering with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into financial forecasts and capital allocation plans Analyzing how financing decisions and transactions impact balance sheet structure and long-term enterprise value Supporting execution of live deals, refinancing efforts, and multi-threaded strategic initiatives Preparing high-quality materials and insights for executive leadership and external financing partners Requirements You bring strong experience in corporate development, investment banking, or capital markets, with a track record of building sophisticated financial models and supporting transaction execution. You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
