Position Description Attorneys in this position will provide legal counsel with respect to all aspects of school district and BOCES operations. The position will include research, writing, and providing counsel to clients. Attorneys may be involved in business and contract work, employment and student matters, administrative, State and Federal hearings, as well as in our expanding school construction practice area. Qualifications Our ideal candidate will be a member of the New York State Bar, possess a background in education law, strong writing and research skills, the ability to effectively communicate with and advocate for clients, and thrive in a collaborative work environment. Salary Information The anticipated salary range for our advertised Associate Attorney positions, depending on education background, skills and experience, is $85,000 to $95,000 (plus bonus opportunities ranging from $5,000 - $20,000 annually).
