Attorney - Securities

Overview Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence, seeks a mid-level securities and capital markets attorney with four to eight years of experience for the firm’s Rochester office. Responsibilities Represent issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings of securities. Advise publicly traded companies on compliance with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, exchange listing standards, and corporate governance requirements. Collaborate effectively in a team environment and demonstrate strong drafting and negotiation skills. Qualifications 4–8 years of securities and capital markets experience, preferably in a law firm. Experience representing issuers and investment banks in public and private offerings. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Strong academics. Compensation As of this posting, the estimated annual base salary range is $139,000 – $177,000. Actual base salary will be based upon qualifications, experience, and skill level.
