Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice. What You Bring Licensed to practice law in New York (required). 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered). Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation. Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven. Preferred: Multi‑state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure. Location & Travel Location: Remote/Hybrid - Office located in Rochester, NY (14624) Travel: Court‑related travel may be required. Conditions Of Work Ability to sit or stand for long periods. Ability to remain focused for extended periods. Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day.
