Immigration Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an attorney to join its national business immigration practice in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have broad experience in employment-based cases, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications. Duties Manage a diverse caseload of employment-based immigration matters. Draft and file petitions and applications with relevant authorities. Provide strategic advice to clients on immigration processes. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Requirements Three to seven years of experience in immigration law. Proven ability in case management and client service. Strong writing skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm for client service. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar. Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
