JOB TITLE: Associate Attorney LOCATION: Remote/Hybrid or Onsite (Office in Rochester, NY 14624) TRAVEL REQUIRED: Court Related POSITION REPORTS TO: Managing Attorney POSITION TYPE: (FLSA) Full- Time Exempt, Professional PAY RANGE: $85,000 - $100,000 (* ~range: qualifications and experience will be taken into consideration)

Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice. What You Bring Licensed to practice law in New York (required). 3+ years of litigation experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered). Experience working in a role that focuses on litigation. Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and driven. Preferred: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure.
