LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Full time | Onsite | $125,000 – $149,000 | Relocation available |

This Litigation Attorney role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, complex litigation matters while gaining hands-on experience in municipal and state court work. Ideal for attorneys with 3–5 years of law firm litigation experience , this position provides meaningful courtroom exposure, direct client interaction, and the chance to develop strong advocacy skills in a supportive, well-established legal environment.

Litigators often face pain points such as limited mentorship, repetitive case assignments, unclear advancement paths, and high-pressure environments with little support. • Draft, research, and argue motions in state and municipal courts
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests
• Manage document review and production
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Handle state court litigation matters, including municipal cases
• Collaborate with partners and associates on case strategy
• Maintain strong client communication and case management practices

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in New York
• 3–5 years of litigation experience within a law firm
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Professional presence and client-focused mindset
• Strong organizational and case management abilities

Preferred

• Experience with municipal litigation
• Prior courtroom experience (motions, hearings, depositions)
• Familiarity with complex discovery and document production
• Strong interest in long-term litigation practice development

New York Pay Transparency Compliance:
This role's compensation range of $125,000 – $149,000 reflects the base salary the firm reasonably expects to offer for the position. Actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
