Practice Info 182-bed acute care facility providing primary and specialty care in Kankakee, IL Nationally recognized peritoneal dialysis unit State-of-the-art Family Birthing Center dedicated to expectant and new parents Anesthesia team provides services for five or six operating rooms daily Care team model consisting of three anesthesiologists and seven CRNAs Diverse case mix including Ortho, GI, Urology, OB, Ophthalmology and General Surgery Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Compensation Salary: $625K Sign on Incentive: $75K Benefits Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance Generous paid time off: 17 weeks PTO Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage Loan repayment & training assistance available Shift & Schedule Schedule: Position includes call Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution Completion of Anesthesiology Residency Board Eligible or Board Certified Current medical licensure ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)
