Responsibilities Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a range of critical care populations. Monitoring: Utilize advanced technology to monitor and manage critically ill patients. Collaboration: Work within interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Critical Thinking: Apply strong clinical judgment in complex, fast-paced situations. Advocacy: Support patients and families throughout the ICU experience. Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough patient records. Education: Provide education on conditions, treatments, and recovery. Quality Improvement: Participate in initiatives to enhance ICU care delivery.
