About the Role

As Employee Benefits Account Manager  you are responsible for daily service duties and client management for mid-sized groups ranging from 50-200 ees. This is an active, growing book with fully insured and level funded arrangements.

Location:  Chicago – western suburbs. Hybrid schedule is available.

Responsibilities: 

• Relationship development and renewal management with current clients
• Execute daily service strategies (renewal preparation, answer questions about coverage and billing, help with enrollments, etc.)
• Create coverage specifications, analyze quotes, and work with carriers to solidify final proposals
• Work with multiple producers in a high paced environment

Experience: 

• Minimum three (3) years of group life & health insurance industry experience with similar client service responsibilities
• Hold an active L&H insurance license
