About the Role

As  Employee Benefits Account Manager you support the sales team with a growing portfolio. With two roles available, the opportunity can be tailored to fit your technical expertise be it with fully insured or self-funded groups. 

Duties & Responsibilities

Here’s a little bit about what you can expect at your desk each day:

• Marketing cases and helping with renewals
• Daily customer service requests
• Employee meetings
• Renewal prep and marketing
• Client engaging responsibilities including discussions (phone and in-person) to review coverage, pricing, enrollments, and more

Skills & Experience

• Similar client service experience working in insurance client service supporting group health and ancillary benefits plans
• State insurance license

Hybrid schedule is available after onboarding/training period.
