Messageway/Seeburger Support Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Messageway/Seeburger Support Analyst to manage, support, and maintain enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Messageway or Seeburger MFT , secure file transfer protocols, automation, troubleshooting, and production support. The role involves configuring secure file transfer environments, supporting critical business integrations, monitoring file transfer operations, and ensuring high availability of enterprise data exchange platforms.

• Install, configure, administer, and support Messageway/Seeburger Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments.
• Configure and maintain secure file transfer workflows, queues, channels, trading partners, and communication endpoints.
• Implement and manage secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, FTP, and SSH .
• Configure and maintain SSH keys, PGP encryption/decryption , and digital certificates for secure partner communications.
• Automate file transfer workflows using Messageway/Seeburger scheduling and automation capabilities.
• Monitor file transfer jobs, logs, alerts, triggers, and queues to ensure successful processing.
• Provide L2/L3 production support , troubleshoot file transfer failures, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, DevOps, network, and security teams to resolve integration issues.
• Support enterprise data exchange and system integrations with internal and external business partners.
• Perform Windows Server patch validation and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure application availability.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell, Python, or PowerShell to streamline operational tasks.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, configuration guides, and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, change management, and operational standards.

• Strong hands-on experience with Messageway or Seeburger Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms.
• Expertise in secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, FTP, SSH, and PGP encryption .
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise file transfer workflows and trading partner connections.
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell for automation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of MFT environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, data exchange, and managed file transfer architecture.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience with enterprise scheduling and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other highly regulated environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based MFT and enterprise integration platforms.
