Merck's Research and Development Division seeks an intern for a three-month summer position in Global Labeling strategy. The role involves drafting and revising medicine and vaccine labeling documents, presenting changes to committees, and reviewing safety/efficacy data for marketed products.
Responsibilities
- Draft labeling documents for new pharmaceutical and vaccine products
- Revise and update existing labeling for marketed products globally
- Present proposed labeling changes to departmental committees
- Collect and analyze safety and efficacy data for marketed products
- Contribute to process improvement and department-specific projects
Requirements
- Currently completing junior year or higher in BS, MS, or professional program
- Major in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, nursing, pharmacy, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational abilities
Compensation: $39,108 through $111,111
