Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer.??Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.This position is for a candidatewith primary ACUTE Inpatient experiencePrimary coverage inACUTE REHAB and secondary ICF/SNF Rehab.TO EVALUATE AND RE-EVALUATE ASSIGNED RESIDENTS/PATIENTS; PLAN AND IMPLEMENT AN ONGOING THERAPEUTIC PHYSICAL THERAPY PROGRAM AS PRESCRIBED BY THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN AND/OR CONSULTING SPECIALIST AND PROVIDE CONSULTING PHYSICAL THERAPIST SERVICES. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK SHIFTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS NECESSARY BASED ON HOSPITAL OPERATIONS.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.EMR - MeditechRequired skills and minimum years of experience.minimum 6 months work experience in at least 1 of the following settings working with adults (Acute, rehab hosp., SNF)Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.BLSShift or schedule requirements. Variable- Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm, Tues-Sat 8:30am-5:00pm, or Sun-Thurs 8:30am-5:00pm Additional Information:Must arrive the Thursday before start in order to go to employee health appointment on Friday. Please do not accept the start date offered if they cannot be there on time.
