Halifax Health Hospice is seeking a Day Hospice Registered Nurse in the United States to coordinate and implement the plan of care for assigned patients across hospice settings to ensure the best possible quality of life. The RN must be licensed in Florida and hold an accredited Associate degree in Nursing; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
