Manager, Enterprise Sales - Account, Comcast Business

Build integrated communications services for enterprise customers, leading sales teams and developing business strategy to meet revenue goals. Job Description Ensures and develops a consultative B2B sales culture through strong leadership and coaching. Evaluates effectiveness of Enterprise Account Managers and implements necessary changes. Maintains excellent knowledge of Company products/services, pricing practices and selling skills to manage team. Ensures competence and continuity of qualified EAMs through selection, training and development. Develops, plans and coordinates sale promotions and incentives to meet business goals. Monitors employee performance, counsels and advises for maximum effectiveness. Prepares, analyzes and maintains records of sales and performance activities. Designs, implements and manages overall assigned account team structure. Coaches, develops, appraises and motivates sales reps to exceed objectives. Exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance; works nights and weekends as necessary. Other duties as assigned. Education Bachelor's Degree While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast may consider applicants with coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
