Senior General Counsel — Strategic Legal Leader

Atlantic City Electric, part of Exelon, invites a seasoned attorney to join our team in Chicago as a senior counsel. The role demands independence, leadership, and the ability to manage high-stakes matters with executive stakeholders.
You will chair complex transactions, litigation, and agency proceedings, guide strategic risk assessments, mentor junior attorneys, and oversee budgets and outside counsel relationships. A JD/LLB and 10–12 years of experience are required.
