Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, employing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy, to facilitate individual and family sessions, promoting personal growth and facilitating healing.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and diligently monitor their progress, using metrics and feedback to adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Provide virtual therapy sessions via secure teletherapy platforms, ensuring therapy remains accessible for clients facing mobility challenges or geographical barriers.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing our robust electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to continuously enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.
