Type: Full-Time Location: Washington, DC Overtime Exempt: Exempt Reports To: ARMADA HQ Contingent upon award Position is contingent upon award. Duties & Responsibilities Develops and delivers training programs and materials. Coordinates training schedules and resources. Evaluates training effectiveness and recommends improvements. Supports workforce development initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge of training development and delivery methods Ability to design and implement training programs Strong presentation and facilitation skills Ability to evaluate training effectiveness Organizational skills Strong communication skills Minimum / General Experience 3 years to 5 years of related experience Minimum Education BS/BA degree in Education, Training, or related field (or equivalent) Disclaimer The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
