Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This role involves working in a stroke stepdown unit, where you will provide care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide care for patients in a MS Stroke Stepdown unit
• Manage common diagnoses including stroke, altered mental status, and pulmonary issues
• Operate specialty equipment such as IV pumps and feeding tubes
• Float to other departments as required

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Active NY RN license and all active RN licenses
• 2+ years of experience in MS with stroke stepdown experience
• Travel experience required
• Current AHA BLS and NIHSS certification
• Experience with EPIC EMR
