Your Responsibilities

• Utilize our state-of-the-art platform alongside your existing network to scout prospective healthcare candidates
• Engage with potential candidates to introduce them to MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate appointments between candidates and recruiters for more in-depth screenings
• Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and facilitate the hiring pathway
• Keep precise and current information in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the successful meetings you arrange, interviews held, and ultimately, hires made from your leads

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-driven, commission-only role. This means you have no restrictions on your earning potential and can turn your ambitions into substantial rewards.

Your earnings will be tied directly to the value you generate:

• Commission for each successfully booked meeting
