Senior Supply Chain Manager

Driving modernization initiatives within supply chain operations, the full-time Senior Supply Chain Manager will manage critical program efforts, construct business cases, and secure cross-functional alignment while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Maintain ownership of the integrated roadmap for Supply Chain Modernization, tracking milestones and dependencies Communicate program priorities and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team Develop comprehensive business cases that quantify value creation and align investments with strategic objectives Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Food Science, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial, supply chain, digital transformation, or strategic roles within consumer packaged goods or consulting environments Proven success in leading complex, multi-functional projects Expertise in program and portfolio management, including designing integrated workplans and managing dependencies Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and end-to-end value chain dynamics
