Corporate Attorney
Job Type: Contractor
Location: Remote – United States
We are seeking experienced Corporate Attorneys to contribute legal expertise to an innovative AI-focused project. You will review legal documents, conduct legal analysis, and evaluate AI-generated legal content.
No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze M&A, private equity, capital markets, and corporate legal documents.
- Analyze commercial litigation scenarios and provide legal insights.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and corporate governance materials.
- Evaluate legal content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
- Provide expert feedback and support quality assurance.
- Collaborate with remote, multidisciplinary teams.
- JD from an accredited US law school and active US bar admission.
- Experience as a Corporate Attorney at a leading US law firm preferred.
- Strong expertise in M&A, corporate law, private equity, capital markets, and commercial litigation .
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with legal technology, document review, or legal content evaluation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance or rubric-based legal review.
