Pay rate will be between $17.50 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience) Full-Time position working 40 hours per week, includes insurance and time off benefits Easterseals Florida is seeking a dedicated and engaging Employment Specialist to help youth and adults achieve meaningful, long-term employment. In this role, you'll provide job readiness training, career counseling, job placement assistance, and post-employment support. You'll also deliver transition services for youth with disabilities, helping them build social, vocational, and workplace skills as they prepare for life after school. This position works closely with job seekers, employers, schools, and community partners to create successful employment pathways. You will also coordinate community-based learning experiences, youth employment camps, and work-based learning opportunities.
