About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Product to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the product vision that aligns with the business strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing product management team, defining and maintaining the product strategy and roadmap, and ensuring that product investments deliver significant value to customers and the business. This senior executive will be the primary product authority, championing a customer-centric culture, and driving product outcomes while balancing short-term revenue goals with long-term strategic investments. The role demands a seasoned product executive with a proven track record in a high-growth environment, particularly in the revenue cycle, and experience with client-facing product management, financial and operational controls, and analytics. Key responsibilities for the VP, Product include driving product innovation, managing product portfolios through various lifecycle stages, and maintaining a strong focus on data security and compliance. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, be adept at influencing without authority, and possess exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. A deep understanding of market trends, operational data, and customer needs is essential, as is the ability to lead in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with ambiguity, data-driven in decision-making, and committed to continuous learning in product management best practices and emerging technology trends.
