Responsible for maintaining the efficient operation and upkeep of the property building and grounds in a supportive role as well as showing and leasing apartments, townhomes, or condominiums to prospective residents. Responsibilities include: Take responsibility for daily repair and upkeep of the property and property grounds Prepare units for occupancy and show Perform leasing duties such as completing applications, collecting deposits, and assists with the move in and renewal process Handle resident requests and complaints Requirements: Previous customer service and/or sales experience Property maintenance/handyman experience Knowledge of and ability to operate various hand tools Self-motivated with attention to detail and accurately maintain required logs and records A positive attitude and an ability to communicate and work well with others Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts Knowledge of required application information, screening processes, and policies regarding rentals Additional Information: Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry.
