Client Advisor

Atrium is seeking on behalf of our client a Client Advisor based in Beverly Hills . A background check may be run only after a conditional offer is made, where permitted by law . Location: Beverly Hills, CA Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: $30-35/hr Position Overview The Client Advisor will serve as a trusted resource for clients, delivering exceptional service and personalized styling advice. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, achieving sales goals, and maintaining brand standards. The position requires collaboration with team members to ensure an outstanding in-store experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming environment. Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to enhance client experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service. Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently. Process transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure client satisfaction. Support visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain store standards. Uphold company standards for service and presentation at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and deliver seamless service. Required Experience/Skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven sales and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology. Preferred Experience/Skills Experience in luxury retail or fashion. Familiarity with clienteling tools and CRM systems. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in fashion, retail, or business is a plus.
