Waypoint Medical Solutions MSO is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a multi-site clinical organization. Responsibilities Payroll, time & attendance, and managing Paychex PEO platform (>100 employees/contractors, 3 states) Support employee relations matters Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives Maintain confidentiality and discretion in HR matters Provide updates to leadership Serve as a HR contact for leadership and staff This role is best suited for individuals who Communicate professionally Are comfortable working with CSuite Demonstrate emotional regulation Are open to constructive feedback Qualifications 3+ years of progressive HR experience Experience supporting employee relations Strong written and verbal communication Organization and attention to detail Experience working in multisite environments preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
