Your impact as a home health RN:

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized Plans of Care
• Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, IV therapy, medication management, and patient education
• Regularly re-evaluate patient needs and revise care plans as needed
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines for seamless care
• Supervise and teach Home Health Aides
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Participate in quality improvement as required

What you'll bring:

• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health, med/surg, or similar preferred)
• Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
