Artēs is partnering with a premier luxury custom home builder to identify an experienced Construction Project Manager for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.

This is not a production homebuilder position.

We're seeking a Project Manager with proven experience delivering high-end custom luxury residences who thrives in a collaborative environment where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and client relationships are the highest priorities.

What You'll Do

As the Project Manager, you'll oversee every phase of luxury residential construction while serving as the primary leader responsible for project execution, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage multimillion-dollar luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and construction timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure exceptional quality, safety, and workmanship.
• Build strong working relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor budgets, approve invoices, manage project costs, and maintain profitability.
• Anticipate construction challenges and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, inspections, permits, and company quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates to company leadership and clients.
• Deliver a first-class client experience through professionalism, communication, and accountability.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a luxury custom home builder.
• Proven success managing multimillion-dollar custom residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and quality control.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and construction specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience using Buildertrend, Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites throughout South Florida.
