Key Responsibilities

• Utilize active listening techniques to guide clients through the exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
• Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with individual goals.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, using evidence-based practices to address issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
• Provide comprehensive clinical case management, ensuring clients receive the resources and support they need to navigate their mental health journeys.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, and session progress in a clear and timely manner, maintaining compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to coordinate care and maximize client outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest mental health practices and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Brightpath, you will work with a diverse population of clients in varying stages of mental health wellness. Our client focus includes individuals in long-term treatment, those seeking immediate support, and families navigating complex emotional challenges. You will be instrumental in developing trusting relationships that foster resilience and positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, with valid LCSW licensure.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing clinical social work services.
• A clean record with no disciplinary actions affecting licensure.
• Proven ability to deliver mental health services through telehealth platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of various mental health conditions and the best practices in therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience within an outpatient community mental health setting is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document clinical activities.

Compensation and Benefits
