Position: Inbound Customer Service Representative Compensation Starting Hourly Base Rate + Bonus(es) -$17.00/Hour Pay: $17 per hour Benefits 401k w/employer match medical vision dental disability/life paid holidays paid time off (PTO) service time awards Location On-Site / 6360 NW 5th Way Suite #102 Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309 Schedule Mon-Fri 10:30 AM – 7PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Days off One week day and Sunday Responsibilities Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs and offer the most appropriate resource or resolution to address their needs. Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual goals and other Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company specific procedures Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer Answer billing questions by talking through components of customer accounts. Required Skills Time Management Skills: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a requirement. Computer savvy: above average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems is important. Proficient in English/Spanish – Bilingual – preferred not necessary.
