What You'll Do
- Support the Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef in daily operations, execution, quality, and culture
- Help lead and develop a high-performing BOH team that delivers consistency on every cover
- Uphold food quality and presentation standards that guests notice and come back for
- Step in as kitchen leader during manager absences, keeping standards intact
- Partner with front of house leadership to ensure seamless, guest-first service
- Support food cost, ordering, inventory, and operational systems with precision
- Maintain full compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health standards
What You Bring
- Current or recent salaried/key-holder kitchen management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- A genuine passion for culinary excellence and hospitality
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop kitchen teams at every level
- Strong command of kitchen systems, processes, and execution standards
- A stable career history that reflects upward progression and growing responsibility
