Legal Recruiting Coordinator

LHH is looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator for our client here in New York. This position will be with a law firm and support their Talent Acquisition team by supporting early-career and lateral hiring initiatives. This position plays a key role in recruiting efforts for new attorneys and summer associates. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the recruiting team to support student hiring programs, including first- and second-year candidates Manage complex interview scheduling, coordinating calendars and communications between candidates and internal interviewers Assist in executing campus outreach strategies and summer program logistics Maintain and update candidate records within internal tracking systems; support reporting and data accuracy initiatives Serve as a point of contact for candidates, search firms, and university career services Posting roles and organizing interview logistics Assist with onboarding preparation, including orientation scheduling and logistics Support high-volume hiring cycles, including extended hours during peak periods What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations Experience in a professional services or legal environment is a plus Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled #J-18808-Ljbffr
