GI Ambulatory Pharmacist: Patient Care & Adherence

Shields Health Solutions seeks an Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to provide GI pharmacotherapy management and patient education in an onsite Kalamazoo clinic. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize therapy, monitor outcomes, and support cost-effective care in GI populations.

The role requires a PharmD with MI licensure and 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience, with GI expertise preferred. Onsite work in Kalamazoo, MI, with opportunities for advancement.
