Remote Accounts Payable Supervisor

To support compliance and operational efficiency, the fully remote Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage supplier and invoice operations, oversee year-end activities, and contribute to ERP initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Support compliance and year-end activities, including 1099 processing and vendor data cleanup Manage supplier and invoice operations, acting as a liaison between suppliers and AP leadership Contribute to ERP and systems initiatives, including planning, testing, and documentation Required qualifications Experience with accounts payable processes and compliance activities Familiarity with ERP systems such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or GHX eInvoicing Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong analytical skills for monitoring invoice accuracy and process efficiencies Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials
