Warehouse Admin Assistant

All StarZ Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Administrative Assistant for an immediate opening at a furniture distribution company in Kent, WA, near Ikea & Valley Medical Center. This role supports warehouse operations by managing purchase orders, bills of lading, sales information, and general data entry. We're looking for someone detail-oriented with strong computer and typing skills. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

What does the Room Attendant do? Manage warehouse documentation, process orders, and support smooth communication between the warehouse and HQ.

Pay for the Warehouse Administrative Assistant:

• $27 per hour

Job Location:

• Kent, WA, near Ikea and Valley Medical Center
• Bus line accessible: The job site is about a 7-minute walk from the nearest King County Metro stop (Route 153)
• Conveniently located near local dining options along S 180th St. and East Valley Hwy

Schedule for the Warehouse Administrative Assistant:

• Monday - Friday
• Day shift: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm

Warehouse Administrative Assistant Duties:

• Manage purchase orders (POs) and bills of lading (BOLs) for digital and wholesale operations
• Enter sales and inventory data accurately into company systems
• Communicate with HQ in Canada to verify order and shipping information
• Support warehouse staff by providing timely administrative updates
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Assist with any clerical tasks needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Warehouse Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience with data entry, order processing, or administrative work preferred
• Reliable and able to maintain regular attendance
• Must provide and wear steel-toe shoes on the job
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally when supporting warehouse staff
