Speech Pathologist - PRN Employment Type: Part time Shift Locations: Maywood, Oak Park, Forest Park, Melrose Park, Elmwood Park, Franklin Park, Schiller Park, Schaumburg, Carol Stream, Chicago zip codes north of North Ave. Position Summary The Speech Pathologist provides one‑to‑one, patient‑centered care using advanced technology and clinical expertise in the home setting. Care is delivered through a multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, social workers and home health aides. Candidates must be highly motivated, detail‑oriented, organized, technologically proficient and comfortable working autonomously.
