Family Home Health Network, is a provider of intermittent Home Health care, palliative care, hospice care and custodial private care services throughout the Chicagoland area. GREAT FLEXIBILITY. SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE!! The Speech Pathologist is responsible for providing therapy services to patients including but will not be limited to evalution and diagnosing of speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders. The Speech Pathologist will also educate and provide training to patients, families and caregivers. Qualifications Current Illinois license as a Speech Pathologist Current CPR card Valid IL driver’s license and auto insurance policy Home Care Home Base experience preferred If you enjoy being part of a dynamic team using your skills to have a positive impact on the lives of others, we would very much like to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
