Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator: Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination. Support and enhance onboarding processes through HR technology and workflow improvements. Maintain employee records and HR documentation with a high level of accuracy. Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment activities. Partner with HR leadership on recruiting strategy and workforce initiatives. Utilize Paylocity and other HR systems to support talent acquisition and employee processes. Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition & HR Coordinator: Bilingual communication skills required.
