Key Qualifications:
- Active California teaching credential for mild/moderate special education is required
- Experience working with elementary students, especially in grades 4-6, is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver individualized instruction tailored to students’ IEPs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Track, document, and report student progress; participate in IEP meetings

- Provide ongoing support and adjustments based on student data and classroom observations
