Staff Backend Engineer Qualifications
— 7+ years of Senior Backend Engineering experience, with a proven track record of architecting and deploying production-grade data pipelines in Python, Rust, or C++.
— Large-scale Data Expertise in building high-throughput systems for sensor and video data, specifically handling the complexities of real-time ingestion and storage.
— Deep Infrastructure Knowledge involving time-series databases, streaming systems (like Kafka or Flink), and the integration of ML infrastructure to support production-level model inference.
